Sset up on the slopes of Maderas Volcano, Finca Magdalena is a 350-hectare organic farm located in Ometepe, Nicaragua. It is a cooperative run by 24 families producing coffee, honey and organic fruits and vegetables. Finca Magdalena is surrounded by lush gardens and has plenty of scenic chill-out areas. The coffee tour is informative and fun. Visitors can see the whole process of how the coffee is cultivated and made. Finca Magdalena produces delicious organic coffee. You can buy bags of organic, freshly roasted coffee to bring home. During the coffee season, visitors can watch or even participate in various stages of the harvest.
