Amazing Patios in Granada, Nicaragua

Founded in 1524, Granada is one of the oldest cities on the American continent and the most popular tourism destination in Nicaragua. The superbly restored historic center of Granada is almost painfully photogenic, with colonial-era churches, cobblestone streets, and courtyards full of fountains and flowers. Explore the most remote corners of Granada and have a quick look inside the typical colonial houses. You will discover their lovely cool inner patios, filled with tropical plants, and the shadow of their rooms, furnished with the characteristic rocking chairs. Granada is a wonderful place to relax on a patio, sip a coffee and take in the beautiful colonial architecture.
